Shipping

All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt unless otherwise stated. You will receive a dispatch notification prior to your order shipping.

Orders are delivered via Royal Mail or Parcelforce (depending on the item weight) and are subject to the estimated shipping times, and other terms and conditions, of these companies in addition to the dispatch times and terms of VIMN.com.

The estimated shipping times will vary depending on the buyer’s location:

  • United Kingdom Royal Mail 1st Class: 1 working day

  • United Kingdom Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2-3 working days

  • Rest of Europe Royal Mail Standard International: 3-5 working days

  • USA Royal Mail Standard International: 6-7 working days

  • Canada Royal Mail Standard International: 6-7 working days

  • Australasia Royal Mail Standard International: 6-7 working days

Please note that the Royal Mail shipping times above are listed as a guide only and as they are a third party, any shipping delays their end are outside of VIMN’s control.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with the goods purchased you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Returns received outside of the 14 day refund period will not be eligible for refund.

All items must be returned unused. If any goods show signs of use or wear, a refund will not be possible.

If the item is returned for any reason other than incorrect delivery, or faults in the goods provided, you will be responsible for packaging and returning the goods, and for any shipping charges incurred in this process.

A refund (excluding shipping costs) will be provided to the original card used to place the order, within 14 working days of receiving the returned items.

Please inform me if you wish to return an item before returning it.

Please note that sale items, digital/downloadable products and personalised items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the items you receive are faulty, incorrect or damaged in any way I will happily exchange them or provide a full or partial refund as appropriate. If your item is damaged or incorrect, I must be notified via email within 48 hours of receiving the items. Please provide the order number alongside a description and picture indicating the faults in the email.

Please return the item in its original packaging (or, if this is damaged, return this with the item for inspection).

A full refund of any damaged or incorrect items, including shipping costs, will be provided to the original card used to place the order, within 14 working days of receiving the returned items. Please submit proof of postage costs via email after the items have been returned, so that these costs can be refunded.

Please note that any errors in delivery due to the customer entering incorrect shipping information, or incorrect orders due to a customer error are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will not be provided for such errors.


After submitting your return, please keep your proof of postage safe in the unlikely event that the returned items do not arrive back at the shipping centre. When returning any items, it is advisable to use a tracked service to ensure the items are returned correctly. I am unable to accept liability for any items lost in transit, or delayed past the 14-day return window.
