Veterinary Internal Medicine Nursing Terms of Business

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods and services by VIMN Education Ltd (trading as Veterinary Internal Medicine Nursing, “we”, “us” or “our”) to customers (“you” or “your”). By purchasing from us or using our services, you agree to these terms.

We provide:
Educational courses, webinars, and CPD resources (digital and in-person)
Physical educational materials (e.g., printed books or merchandise)
Veterinary nursing and education services
Clinical veterinary nursing services
3. Intellectual property rights
All content we create and provide - including but not limited to text, course materials, graphics, audio, video, and downloadable resources - is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in our content remain with VIMN Education Ltd. Purchasing access or materials does not grant you ownership or the right to reproduce, distribute, or modify our content.
Personal use only: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our materials for your own personal learning.
Prohibited uses: You must not reproduce, share, record, distribute, or resell our content in any form without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to take legal action against any unauthorised use, distribution, or replication of our intellectual property.
4. Refund policy
Physical products
We will issue a refund for physical goods (less shipping and transaction fees) returned where there is no evidence of damage or fault, provided you notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
We will issue a full refund or replacement for physical goods that are damaged or faulty, provided you notify us within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photographic evidence of damage (where applicable)
You have a further 14 days to send the item to us.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us confirming your eligibility.
Digital products and online courses
Due to the nature of digital goods and instant access to course content, we do not offer refunds for digital products, including webinars, CPD recordings, and downloadable resources.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital product is defective or not as described.
In-person CPD events
Refunds (less 10% to cover deposits and transaction fees) will be accepted up until 14 calendar days before the event.
Between 14 days and 2 days before the event, you may transfer your place to another attendee from your clinic at no cost.
After 2 days before the event, no refunds, transfers, or changes will be accepted.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are exclusive of UK/EU VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Veterinary clinics may purchase CPD courses for their staff members via invoice; payment must be made within 14 days.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but this will not affect purchases already made.
6. Subscription and cancellation terms
Some of our courses, memberships, or resources may be offered as recurring subscriptions (monthly or annually).
You may cancel a subscription at any time via your online account or by contacting us at laura@veterinaryinternalmedicinenursing.com.
Cancellation notice: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 3 working days before your renewal date.
When a subscription is cancelled, access to course content and resources will end at the conclusion of your current paid period.
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
If your subscription payment fails and is not resolved within 5 days, we may suspend your access to the course or membership until payment is received.
7. Limitation of liability
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of our educational materials, but we make no guarantees regarding outcomes, exam success, or clinical results.
Our courses and content are for educational purposes only and should not replace professional veterinary advice or clinical judgment.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from the use of our products, services, or content, except where required by law.
UK veterinary nurses (including student nurses) must ensure they work within the RCVS Code of Professional Conduct for Veterinary Nurses and the Schedule 3 Amendment of the 1966 Veterinary Surgeons’ Act at all times. For international customers, please refer to your local regulatory body guidelines and legislation.
8. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the law, or business practices. The updated version will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will indicate acceptance of the new terms.
